As an authorized dealer, all of our cell phones are sold with a 14-day money-back guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a phone or a carrier, you may call the carrier to cancel your service and then send the cell phone back to us for a full refund.  You must cancel with the carrier within their 14-day period, however, to avoid an early termination fee from the carrier.  Some cell phone companies request a $9.99 processing fee.
